Hi All,

Today we had the first Boreal Chickadee visit two spruce trees on the
apartment property where we have lived for 14 years. Is this an indication
that Boreal Chickadee may be leaving the boreal forest? Other birds visiting
our feeders include 15 to 25 Pine Grosbeaks, 2 White-breasted Nuthatches, 2
Red-breasted Nuthatches, 5 to 8 Common Redpolls, 2 Downy Woodpeckers, 2
Hairy Woodpeckers and 1 Pileated Woodpecker.

We live at #117 - 23 Terry Fox Place in Sault Ste. Marie. Take Hwy 17 (Trunk
Road) to Dacey Rd. and turn south. Turn left at Terry Fox Place and go to
the furthest apartment building to the southeast. Our feeders are on the
ground floor at the southeast end of the building.
