[Ontbirds]Correction- Ottawa area raptor Dec 6th not a Goshawk

I wish to retract the Dec 6th report of a Northern Goshawk along Route 148 
in the Eardley area of west Quebec.
I have had three e-mails from birders who viewed my photos , all of the 
opinion the bird is a juvenile Bald
Eagle.
I apologize to anyone who may have been inconvienced due to the mistake.
Many thanks to the birders who saw my photos and kindly pointed out my
error.
