[Ontbirds]Pine Grosbeak, Common Redpoll etc - Stratford

A morning walk in the TJ Dolan Natural Area produced a number of good sightings.  Mild weather and a flooded river bottom yielded 22 species including :

Pine Grosbeak                  5
Common Redpoll              6
Belted Kingfisher              1
Great Blue Heron             1
Red-bellied Woodpecker   1
Common Merganser         1
American Black Duck       2

The TJ Dolan Natural Area lies on the west side of Stratford between Oloane Ave. and John Street. There is a small parking lot and a map board at John Street and Centre Street.
