[Ontbirds]Brown-headed Cowbirds - Carlsbad Springs, East of Ottawa

   A  group  of  10  or more Brown-headed Cowbirds were present yesterday
   February   23   on   Russell  Rd.,  a  few  houses  East  of  Boundary
   Rd., at Carlsbad Springs, East of Ottawa.  They were flying around and
   visiting  two  places  with  feeders on the North side of Russell (one
   with  cedar  trees), some 50 meters or so East of Boundary.  They were
   in company of Starlings and House Sparrows.

   Directions: From Ottawa take the 417 in the East direction and exit at
   Boundary  Rd.   Go North on Boundary to Carlsbad Spring and turn right
   on Russell at the Service Station.
