The area of Indian town line and Cheapside road appears to be holding at least 12 dark and light phase roughies .This appears to be holding area in a plowed field south of I.T.Line down C.S. road on the east side .A number of birds on the ground hidden amongst the dark earth clumps and white snow and many on area trees and telephone poles. This area has shown the same results for the past month as far as rough legs is concerned.
