Late yesterday afternoon I found 3 Bohemian Waxwings with a group of 25
Cedar Waxwing feeding on crabapples across the street from one the parking
areas leading into Rattray Marsh.
I also found a female Northern Harrier hunting over the north end of the
Marsh.
Directions:
This parking area for Rattray Marsh can be accessed by driving south off
Lakeshore West on Meadow-wood Road, then left on Bob-o-link then left on
Poplar Row (the parking area is located at the intersection with Watersedge
Road). Meadow-wood Road is located on the eastern edge of the Clarkson and
is three long block east of Southdown Road.
